So the last 2 1/2 months have been very crazy!! We have had a baby, moved out of our house, went to TX for a month, lived out of our luggage, and moved to a new country! So its been a while since I last blogged. Things are finally starting to calm down so I thought I would update.
While in TX we had Landon baptised on April 19, 2009. It was a small get together of family and was a nice ceremony. It was very important to us to get him baptised before we left the country. Jessies dad and wife came the next weekend and we all went to Gruene TX and walked around and enjoyed the TX heat. While in TX our vacation was interupted by...SWINE FLU or H1N1. Jessies mom school was cancelled for a week and a half and people were freaking out all over the state. Because we had a newborn with no shots we thought it would be best to not go anywhere there were large groups of germ infested people. So we didnt do much toward the end of our trip, thankfully no one we knew got sick, and we all stayed healthy.
We drove back to NC on May 4th and Landon had is 2 month check up and shots. He was a trooper and handled the pain like a champ! Only crying for a few seconds after 3 needles were jammed into his little thigh! OUCH! He weighed in at 12lbs and 8oz, was 24 in long and in the 65% for weight and 74% for height. Hes a big boy and is growing bigger each day! We cant believe how much he has changed!
