Sunday Academics...really?

So this post will have no pictures but I just need to vent! I guess if I find a picture of me seriously pissed off I could post that :-/ So Jeff had to go into work for Sunday Academics! As if he doesn't work enough during the week, like 12 + hour days arent good enough, they make him go to work on Sunday! Really!?? Whatever A-hole came up with this plan either has no family or hates spending time with his family so he wants to spend all his time at work! News Flash!!! Jeff likes to spend time with his kids that he sometimes doesn't even see awake during the week!!! Leave our weekends alone!!!

Jeff is starting his 4 flug this week and they have had ample time to get these academics done , oh like 6 months or so. But they wait until the Sunday before to do them!!! AHHHHHHHH! Sometimes I really hate his job. I would say more but I don't want to offend anyone...

Landons first "real" hair-cut

Up until now I had been giving Landon little trims here and there, but I realized it was time for a real hair cut. He was ok for me when I cut his hair but he was always watching a movie in order to keep him still. There are no big screen TVs playing pixar movies at the base barber shop but in the end he did a great job, and had the "British" hair cut as I like to call it.

BEFORE...I had to get him in a great mood before I tackled this hair cut adventure on my own. So he took a drive in Lightning McQueen!! He loves this car!!!

He didnt really like the cover he had to wear, he tried to take it off through out the hair cut and his barber had to fight with him moving constantly! She did a pretty good job!

After...Because he was such a good boy...he got to take one more ride in Lightning before we went home!

What a handsome devil!

New Years in London

Our good friends Jason and Anna that were in UPT at Sheppard with us came into town to spend the new year in London with us! We had such a great time having them around. Jason ,Anna and Noah had just PCSed to Italy so they are just a short flight away! It was fun watching the boys play together and catching up.

We spent New Years eve in London sight seeing all day. It was cold out but we were lucky that it did not rain! We took the "Big Red Bus" tour around London which saved us from doing tons of walking. We had a great time!!

The day after Jeff took Anna and Jason into Bury and showed them around while I stayed home with the kiddos and let them have some down time after our busy London day. Over all it was a great long weekend!

My day in a nutshell...Landon can be difficult at times. I just have to smile and wait for his mood to pass. He passed out on Jeff shortly after this picture was taken!

Anna and I in front of Big Ben with our boys! They were such troopers the whole day. It was cold and they were tired.

Jason, Anna and Noah on the tube into London

Jeff and Jason

We ate lunch at the Chipotle in London. Jeff had been wanting to get his Chipotle on for a long time and we finally got him some! It was a little different from the states but good enough!

Parliment was so pretty with all its lights on! The upside to visiting London in the winter is the sun goes down so early that you get to experience London at night but its only 5 o'clock!

They had the London Eye all rigged up with fireworks for the big New years show!

Christmas 2010

Well I know these are a little late, just like our Christmas cards but better late than never! I find myself saying that a lot these days. My time management with two lil ones is improving but I cant say that I am on time arriving anywhere!

This year we tried to take our own Christmas photos, they didn't turn out too bad but maybe we will shoot for some professional ones next year! We had a wonderful Christmas this year! Jeff really out did himself and got me way too much! I loved it all and was totally surprised with most of my gifts! Landon had a very good Christmas also and had a great time playing with his new toys. More pictures to come!
